Here’s my latest creation: a SUSHI DONUT!🤗I took my own twist on this popular dish by using Panko as a topping. Panko, or Japanese bread crumbs, provided a great crunch to the sushi donut. When I ate this sushi donut, I ate it a little too fast because it was so good!😆

Watch the beautiful Japanese countryside go by!🤗🗻The green grass nestled between buildings and the clear blue sky are so picturesque! The grand mountains in the distance are even more mesmerizing. Not to mention, I’ve never been on such a smooth train ride!😁 #tokyo

Here's me in a traditional Japanese kimono! Kimono, or “thing to wear”, is a national dress of Japan.🇯🇵It’s quite intricate--I was given instructions telling me exactly how to wear it. The style of a kimono can tell you many things about a person’s status, even their age!🤗

Ever wanted to see sesame seeds in liquid form?😱Here’s a video of Sushi Chef® Sesame Seeds transforming from crunchy grains to a smooth paste. There's a name for this paste: TAHINI!😋Tahini is a fundamental part of hummus because it gives hummus a nutty undertone. Yum! #cooking

Here’s me eating my own homemade yaki onigiri, or Japanese grilled rice balls. As you can see, I thought yaki onigiri is super delicious.😋This common Japanese snack was really easy to make, and was a wonderful new dish for me to try!🤩 #cookingathome #Japan
