“Aw crap, there's my dream job gone flushed away.” There was a brief chuckle, from his own joke of course. “Just don't be shy to ask me for anything else. I deal with stuff like this all the time.”

“What point is there for me to live on anyway? I'll just be alone in whatever place I would be put in, no friends, no family, no nothing. Just a lost soul in a very strange world.”
