Adequate sleep (7-9 hours/night for most adults) is critical to our #MentalHealth and physical health, and failure to get enough sleep can increase risk for obesity, diabetes, & other health problems. This #MentalHealthMonday, I'm encouraging you to get some well-deserved rest.
