Had a great discussion on the radio about teacher licensing fees. This week the Board of Public Education will meet to discuss the licensing fee structure. I urge the Board to accept my proposal and not raise taxes on our teachers who are struggling to make ends meet.

Today the union and the education bureaucracy filed a lawsuit against my office and me regarding the implementation of Public Charter Schools. My response is below.

When woke organizations can't win in the legislature, they turn to the courts. I will not back down - parent voices must be respected in education!

The Montana Quality Education Coalition is suing me for following the law regarding the opening of our Public Charter Schools. Yesterday, the judge denied, in part, their motion for a preliminary injunction against me.

On Monday, a motion for a preliminary injunction against HB 393, the Students with Special Needs Equal Opportunity Act, which created the Education Savings Account, was filed by an organization funded by our tax dollars with no accountability to Montanans. My response is below.

The new Title IX rules take a sledgehammer to our freedom of speech and parental and due process rights with a radically woke redefinition of sex. This is another top-down Biden mandate that disregards states’ rights. I will always fight for Montana’s women, girls, and values.
