i really told myself 2026 gonna be better and then proceeded to have 4 terrible months

why is no one as scared to lose me as i am of losing them, why am i not worth it? i just want someone to love me and stay

i dont know how people move on so easily, i envy them, it takes me months to get attached to someone and years to let go of them
