Physical Therapy is starting to show its results, I'm going to try and slowly return to work as the week continues My (possibly) last Physical Therapy appointment will be next week. I have lots to catch up on so I'll be providing a more detailed update soon Thanks again everyone

Physical Therapy starting to pay off. Finally can sit at my desk again, get back to work & learn new things! (responsibly this time)

Still alive and doing my best. I'll be visiting home and seeing a Physical Therapist that I've worked with and got good results from in the past. Been getting better but still need some professional help to make larger gains. Hoping to be pain free soon <33
