Such an honour to meet Fr Gabriel Romanelli, the priest of the Holy Family Parish Church in Gaza. I thanked him for keeping my family, and thousands of others, safe while they were in their care. He gave me a picture of ‘Our Lady of Palestine’ to carry which I will treasure.

A local resident who lived alone sadly died recently. Without close family, he relied on a neighbour for help. They called us, and we managed to get support and social care for him. They wrote to update us. He died with medical care and dignity. RIP David
