I went up Marion’s way today, which is named after Marion Marples, who was a lovely woman and someone I always enjoyed randomly meeting out and about. It’s a really nice little street and a great way to remember her, though it does make me a little sad too.

River Thames hero Folajimi Olubumni-Adewole has been honoured with his own annual day.

He tragically lost his life attempting a heroic rescue in the Thames & will now be commemorated annually on Folajimi Day, April 24th.
