Sitakot Vihara is indeed an important archaeological site and an ancient Buddhist heritage site in Bangladesh. It's located in Nawabganj Upazila, Dinajpur district., Bangladesh. Excavations have revealed it to be a Buddhist monastery dating back to the 6th-8th centuries CE.
