Honestly makes my blood boil when I see people who have no idea what it’s like to have a child or family member with special needs treat people who do have special needs with disregard!! British Airways let down a family member last night and it’s disgusting how it’s allowed!

This is the second time a close family member with special needs has been subjected to indifferent care, they have no idea just how much harder it is. It is emotionally draining so so much, you should do anything to make their carers lives easier especially!

God forbid they should ever have a disability or have a child with special needs coz I dread to think how they would deal with it. BE KIND PEOPLE, have empathy coz we’re humans not animals

Word! Just would like to see how it would be if the shoe was on the other foot! British Airways standards continuing to decrease it seems. Soon enough more people will be aware and exposed to the poor service they provide and choose other HELPFUL airlines instead #BritishAirways
