Thank you Oversight Committee Oversight Committee Democrats for having me. It’s an honor to represent #communitypharmacy and share how we see PBM practices impacting our patients and our businesses. I agree with Rep. James Comer — I don’t think transparency alone will suffice! PBMs must be reformed.

Contact your US Representative and ask then to support H.R. 5378, the Lower Costs, More Transparency Act. On Monday the House is scheduled to vote on the bill. It includes Medicaid managed care payment reform, a NCPA priority!

PBMs are not the answer and the State of Georgia should not be allowing these groups to destroy local Pharmacists while enriching themselves in the process. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Take a look at how they are affecting prices⬇️ I hope GA legislators will act!

Thank you Doug Collins. You were right five years ago. You are right today. PBMs can’t be trusted to set drug prices. We’ve seen enough proof – it’s time to act. Georgia_Pharmacy_Association APCI

The Georgia House just passed HB1363 by 167-0! This is a huge step toward getting Georgia's independent pharmacies fair & reasonable reimbursement from the State Health Benefits Plan. Read why it's critical at gpha.org/pricingdispari….

“I am calling on the FTC to promptly complete its investigation and begin enforcement actions if – and when – it uncovers illegal and anti-competitive PBM practices.”  Well said Buddy Carter - thank you for leading the charge with the FTC.

Americans want lower prices & a fair shot for small businesses. This bill delivers both. With support from the most progressive to most conservative Members, Pharmacists Fight Back will lower prescription prices & put independent pharmacists on a level playing field they deserve.
