Today is World Dolphin Day (15th March) and we want to think about how amazing these creatures are! We also need to remember that littering,especially on beaches can mean that these mammals can end up injured or hurt by our rubbish. Remember to bin it or take it home this summer!

Unfortunately the machine used to compact the bins at Foxhall RC has broken down and we have very quickly run out of space. Customers are being diverted to Ipswich, Felixstowe, Leiston or Hadleigh Recycling Centres. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Protect your feet 🦶 when you visit the recycling centres ♻️ this summer, please where trainers 👟or close toed shoes 🥿to stop foot injuries. Bare feet or flipflops 🩴leave your feet open to injuries from falling objects or items on the ground.

Sort! Don't Sack! I know it is so much easier just to put everything into a black sack and put it in the non-recycling bin at the recycling centre but, even though our non-recycling gets burnt to make electricity, it is a one-way journey.

Remember: The current Haverhill Recycling Centre closes after today (Tuesday 6th Aug) and the new one will open Thursday (8th Aug), so if you have a booking for 8th onwards, please go to our new site at Homefield Road, CB9 8QP
