Really good turnout at the juniors session last night followed by an equally well attended Kata session. Well done some good progress with the Kata. Sparring based warm up in the seniors session, followed by Kihon and Kicks. Again there is some good improvement, well done all.

Just 4 weeks now until the senior grading.😳!! We have the usual hours Kata training tomorrow between 7 - 8pm, but you can use it for any area of the grading you need to practice, just ask.

So, it was great to see Sensei White back last night........then he started our legs/stamina training session 😳 Early reports in, suggest difficulty with stairs as the common theme. Not to worry they are only legs!!! All joking apart, tough, but great session last night.
