Bought two skirts from Regatta - supposedly the same apart from the colour. Checked sizing and length, but when they came, the black skirt was ridiculously short. White is as advertised- picture shows the two laid together. Still awaiting a reply to emails #poorservice

I have just wasted an hour trying to get help from FedEx Help It is obvious that they are no help whatsoever. Send me links to message that don’t work, give me phone numbers that are permanently busy, and a website that refuses to recognise my email as valid #poorservice

Totally fed up with Baxi UK & Ireland - two days wasted waiting for engineer who could call in any time between 8-6. Original problem caused by faulty wiring in factory. Second problem by first engineer leaving the boiler in service mode. I told him it sounded wrong, told it was fine.

Hey Severn Trent ! How long are you going to keep the traffic lights on the B4084 by the Pershore reservoir? Two or three days of traffic control - queues and pollution from stationary vehicles and nothing going on. Lights should be removed when there is no reason for them.

Came back from holiday to find that the Subaru UK Forrester that I bought from Fields of Bromsgrove was as dead as a door nail YET AGAIN. Bought brand new 18 months ago, and this is the fourth time that this has happened (first time since the battery was replaced!). Inexcusable
