Happy to have helped with quantifying nuclear localisation accurately. Harrison York from our lab used FLIM (Leica Microsystems) at Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences to discard autofluorescence, abundant in plant cells, and pick GFP signals.

It is always fun when art and science meet! Come checkout the cool pieces by the Bio-Art students displayed in our Bio department Bio-Art Mixer.

We had a blast helping out Ali Patteson phd with #localizationmicroscopy and #zeissAiryscan in Castaneda Lab and Blatt BioImaging Center. Paper looks great! nature.com/articles/s4200…

I'm excited to announce that our lab is moving to Syracuse University!! We will continue our exploration of how (disordered) proteins sense and respond to changes in their environment, and 📢HIRING AT ALL LEVELS. Get in touch if you're interested! Some details on this move below: 1/5

Looking forward to working with you Heather Meyer!

Looking forward to working with you Shahar Sukenik! Welcome to SU!

Today morning at #IALSJanelia Rachel Lee, PhD discusses how to work with big data in microscopy.

Things are lighting up in the Blatt BioImaging Center with Leica Microsystems and their SP8 and #thunder microscope!

The SU BioImaging Center is growing with its recent incorporation of a Leica Sp8 with Digital Light Sheet and a Leica THUNDER for tissues! Leica Microsystems

We are really excited to have you closer to the Imaging Center! Welcome Ali Patteson phd

Our Blatt BioImaging Center Leica Microsystems Suite is all set up and looking good. Looking forward to all the great microscopy!
