Project update! Although we were working to do both LCS and the Indiana Residence, due to timeline conflicts we must shift our focus and devote all our efforts on the residence. We submitted for a building permit and have started cleaning up site! Stay tuned! #Studio804

Right before Thanksgiving we got our house slab poured along with the garage slab. Thankful for nice weather and good pours! #Studio804

Level one walls are up and sheathed! This week we worked on getting the subfloor down for level two and putting up more columns. Holidays are coming quick!

A lot of things going on lately - the house is shedding water, we are prepping our exterior cladding, and drywall is being installed!

We are just about 8 weeks away from finishing up! With the weather so nice we are putting up siding this week - come by site to check it out!

The skin of the house has taken form! The first level is sassafras wood from Robi Decking and the second level is a material called Fundermax.

Exciting news! Studio804_23 is now in session! On Tuesday, we closed on a property on the corner of 5th and Indiana, just half a block from last year’s Indiana Street House. We are so excited about the opportunity to complete another project in this incredible neighborhood!
