Instead of this question being repeated over and over - the TEKKEN American scene needs a sponsor that will hold training camps for American players. Have the best 10 or so train in a house together every 2-3 months if budget can afford more, great. But that would be a start.

Funny this came out that when I was playing with my schedule and realizing that at max I can get 6 hours of Tekken in a week, and that's pushing it with work, health, family, etc and 4 to 5 hours of sleep a night. 😭 I'mma get good somehow damnit!
