Unpleasant as the "revamped" Picardy Place is, it's made even worse by the blinding new electronic advertising panel that dominates the area. It glares, it distracts, and like a fire-eating juggler at a funeral it eclipses everything else. Rude and unnecessary. (Stock photo.)
