Working on school culture everyday is important, if you take your eye off the ball it can easily fall apart. Listening to what is being said and addressing rumors and innuendo is a must. Morale is low at the moment, how can we address self help along with working on the culture?

Schools with strong positive culture have people who root for others' success. They view themselves as a team not competitors. An individual success is the team's success. Celebrate team!
