POV: He’s extremely clingy, then ghosts you for 3 days because he was “busy” You’re a rebound.

POV: She love bombs you right away then makes you feel weird after asking where their head is at. You’re a rebound.

POV: He can’t stop talking shit about his ex girlfriend of 4 years. You’re a rebound.

POV: they like you a lot but admit they can’t make time for anyone right now. “You’re amazing but I’m just so busy” You’re a rebound.

POV: you see his ex’s name pop up on his phone while you’re hanging out 🙃 You’re a rebound.

For some reason, I didn’t see one 🚩 red flag… not one. And now I’m sitting here, heart broken after he just needed someone to get over his ex.

POV: you missed every sign that you were a rebound. 😔

Sometimes, the most efficient thing to do is taking a break

Just when you think you’re at your breaking point, instead of pushing through…pause, take a break, and come back on a refreshed mind.

There’s so much pressure to go-go-go at the start of a new year. To hustle. To grind. To do way more than before. But what about refreshing? Restarting? Taking a moment for you?

I’m finally learning that I can’t and won’t do it all. & instead of feeling panicked, I feel peace

There’s a difference between pushing yourself to do bit things & pushing yourself over the edge and into burnout

2022: Do ALL the things & check them off your list! 2023: Take breaks, set a few goals, and do things that make you feel good.

Me shedding my people pleasing personality so much so that I’m shedding it with myself too.
