I’ve now been waiting over 9 weeks for my CX refund. Nothing but fluff, waffle and opaqueness from their _formal_ customer service dept. Been a loyal customer for over 24 years. Counts for nothing to today’s CX sadly. Cathay Pacific

Miles still not refunded. One response from Cathay Pacific in the last three weeks, only to say my case was being reassigned to someone new, who has since completely ignored me. Quite simply staggering level of customer service (or lack thereof)
