Thought I had started to see hint of #RealEstate slowdown in #Raleigh like Redfin had recently mentioned, but July data certainly does not reflect that. Strong month in price gains and inventory keeps declining.

For better and worse #Durham continues to be one of tightest #RealEstate markets in country with inventory almost nonexistent.

Very strong November in price increase for #Raleigh home prices. Many formerly hot markets around nation seeing weakness, but none here yet.
