Mrs McCambridge’s P6 class had great fun exploring how to code using the Microbit this afternoon. They carried out the Name Badge task by sending messages to the Microbit. The children are looking forward to exploring the Microbits more next week! Micro:bit Educational Foundation #microbit #Coding

P4 had a fabulous time learning about Lisburn during the World War 2 Irish Linen Centre. We found out about rationing, the Home Front and what it would have been like to be an evacuee! Angus even showed us the Air Raid shelter in Castle Gardens and we made gas masks too!

A big thank you to all the family members, staff and friends of St Joseph’s who helped the O’Neill family raise over £550 this week for Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice. It was great to get together, raise money for this special cause and to have Eoin as our guest of honour too! Fantastic!
