Oh trust me I've seen them before. They hover and fly every night with lights that are very bright. Mostly around the country sides of San Andreas

Oh and some of these "aliens" are just government agents in costumes abducting and experimenting on people without their permission. They wear alien costumes so you don't know it's them. Real aliens do exist tho
