Early this morning PFD responded to a fully involved boat fire at Hindson marina. An aggressive fire attack allowed firefighters to prevent the fire from spreading to other boats docked in very close proximity. Thank you to Midland Fire Department and Township of Tiny for tanker assistance.

Today PFD Firefighters responded to the Trans-Canada Trail for the rescue of an injured cyclist. Firefighters used Argo 1 to access the trail, locate patient, complete a medical assessment, package patient, and bring them to safety and transportation by COSParamedic Service

On September 8th Captain Ron Marchand's named was added to the Canadian Firefighter Memorial in Ottawa. His legacy will live on and never be forgotten.
