Quinn Buckner has served 3 terms as an Indiana University trustee. A new law sets limit of 3. Yet Governor Mike Braun just appointed him to a 4th. The new law did not grandfather in existing t’s, as demonstrated by the fact Braun just fired 3 of them. Buckner’s reappointment appears illegal.
