£91,317 a year for an 'Assistant Director of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion' in the NHS. This amount of money, for this type of job, is honestly outrageous. Every penny spent on these roles, and the vast associated cost, should be directed into pockets of frontline staff.

Is the NHS underfunded when it's spending £91,317 a year on an 'Assistant Director of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion'? These roles exist all across the service. From my experience, they don't just contribute nothing - they actively disrupt those doing actual medical work.

The less screen time the more they learn to entertain themselves and communicate effectively, to have empathy for others, to be mindful, to play, to move. It’s hard for us all to manage our screen time (I use Opal) it’s impossible for teens without parental intervention
