excited to share this work - we really do hope others in the MG field and those working w/other tissues (liver? Pancreas?!) will check this image analysis method out/find it useful - always a blast developing this w/the Camila dos Santos crew! And a great collab w/the Navlakha lab Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory
