How big a threat will Russia pose to Europe after #Russia-#Ukraine war ends? It depends. If Ukraine wins, it would likely be in #NATO. Russia would be deterred and contained. If Russia wins, it would pose a darker threat to Europe. nationalinterest.org/blog/buzz/dont…
