Paid quite a lot of money for “new” Wahoo products and they keep sending me (or not sending me) poor quality goods. Customer service now saying the latest unit looks how a “reconditioned” unit should look?!? Tempted to send the whole order back.

Dear EE - are your staff getting a 7.9% pay increase? Cause most people who use your service definitely aren’t. I can understand 4% inflation (lots don’t get near that either) but why the additional 3.9%? We aren’t getting anything more for the additional money.

Having to pay for being miss-sold/conned into a purchase because Monzo 🏦 Flex dispute process is pathetic. Did nothing with my initial dispute then made me start again with another dispute, but their options for providing accurate information is still really limited.

.Currys I was given a price promise code yesterday and told I had to wait until 7:30 today to use it. The code doesn't work. Reviews online say Currys have done this to others. Hoping you can help?
