Alerted to possible Cuban migrant vessel adrift 50 nms off Cayman Brac, X-Ray 2 found the vessel with 14 soles on board, 3 medically critical. Lowered water, used skyshout PA with Spanish speaking crew member, then coordinated rescue vessels to scene. 7 days adrift. #Caymankind
