Sickening. I just voted to scrap a MULTI-BILLION tax cut for bankers. Not a single Tory MP voted to stop bankers getting even richer. How dare they do this when millions can't even afford to pay their energy bills. It's not just Johnson that needs to go - the whole lot do.

Why is there a cost of living crisis in one of the richest nations on Earth? Because of extreme inequality. Regardless of a few feeble sops, the Tories are making it worse. Last night, they gave bankers a tax cut worth £1bn a year. While raising NIC for ordinary workers.

Gas and oil giants are making £900 profits every SECOND. Yet this week Tory MPs didn't even bother showing up for a vote on a Windfall Tax on these profits to tackle fuel poverty. But of course the next day they turned up to force through a multi-billion tax cut for bankers.

10,000+ die each year in the UK in part because they lived in a cold home. £200bn in share dividends to energy company shareholders under the Tories is immoral. Private ownership of energy puts wealth before health.

If MPs can claim £3,500 for their energy costs why can’t we?

We don't have a cost of living crisis. In a better system, everyone could easily afford to live. We have a cost of exploitation crisis.

Oligarchy and massive wealth inequality exists not just in Russia. It's worldwide. Since the pandemic, while the wealth of the world's 10 richest people DOUBLED, the income of 99% of the world’s population declined. The result: More yachts for the rich. More hunger for the poor.

Tragic. And people still try to defend the UK government and their policies...

If you’re wondering why the country’s an absolute bin fire right now, it’s because the government have made a whole host of decisions that benefit friends, donors and corporate interests, and do not benefit the public. For 12 long years.
