Study after study shows that the return on investment from active travel is high, unlike for roads. The more people that use active travel infrastructure, the higher the returns. This is the opposite of roads!

🚴 | NEW REPORT: Only 2% of the transport budget is spent on active travel infrastructure. As a result, less people in England cycle or walk compared to the European average. We're calling for £50 per head per year for a decade to invest in active travel.

🚭 It cleans the air

It’s really hard for local authorities to talk about the car problem. How much is being done to help them truly understand the issues (ie EVs won’t solve it) and the way in which they discuss those things with residents to win over hearts and minds? They need loads of support.
