For the past two nights I have had dreams I was doing food challenges with certain competitive eaters here, along with the associated weirdness most dreams have. Does anyone else have such dreams?

I am at the world-famous Bob's Donut & Pastry Shop (Bob's Donuts) on Polk Street in San Francisco. Can I complete this massive donut in 2 minutes to win the challenge? I failed in 2016.

My breakfast this morning! It is rare that hotels serve fresh-made pancakes (except for Holiday Inn Express, where they come from an automated machine).

I just spotted fake plant trimmings at the hotel lobby. I thought they were real since there was water in the vase at the bottom. But when I shook it, the water didn't move (see video below)! The length which companies will go to deceive us, haha! 😂

Lunch yesterday at Chevys Fresh Mex in Emeryville, California. Sizzling carnitas fajitas with vegetarian black beans, Spanish rice, sour cream, pico devgallo, tomalito, and flour tortillas!

I had breakfast at a hotel this past Monday. This hotel featured Chobani yogurt smoothies with paper straws, pressed juices, a cutie mini fridge. Oh, and chopped chocolate mints for the waffles, which were blueberry or cinnamon roll. I wanted to drink the raw batter, lol.

Lunch at Chevys Fresh Mex in South San Francisco, California: Chevys Fresh Mex Burger: choice ground beef on a pretzel bun with chipotle aioli, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and pepper jack cheese; and served with fuego fries.

This was a fun challenge, with delicious pizza and excellent customer service. Thanks for having it!
