There is a huge difference between proportionate and disproportionate force in securing a suspect. The video that is circulating is disproportionate - end of. No matter the previous context it was disproportionate- the whole ‘he started it’ vibe is so wrong.

Under, say, Article 19(1) of the ICCPR eveyone has a right to hold opinions without interference. Others must take the blame for manipulating people by spreading lies and misinformation...
