The 55-85 rule for SBP reduction in acute ICH. In this retrospective analysis of ATACH-2, SPP reduction >55 mm Hg = better outcomes Reduction >70 = less ICH expansion But reduction >85 = more AKI Hence 55-85 is the sweet spot neurology.org/doi/10.1212/WN…
