Chonlada, affectionately known as Ajarn Nui, is a super hero. She cheerfully visits families in their homes weekly, seeing and dealing with the the real life issues of many forms of poverty - Chonlada walks alongside families as she trains them for change.

Nattarika, affectionately known as "Teacher Nat" has faithfully served Step Ahead for over 17 years. Her willingness to accept challenges has seen her raise to lead the team in the south of Thailand. Her genuine love for people has seen many families transformed.

Mattika has been on a fast learning curve and now oversees all Step Ahead programs. She is talented, skilled, committed to the vision and an all round lovely person. Her genuine love for people drives her to keep growing in order to serve them better.

Kristen is an amazing bilingual woman who adds so much to our Step ahead team. Her ability as a trainer and an author are developing the capacity of both Thai leaders and non government organisations to effectively support vulnerable people in Thailand.

Apisak (Sprite or Spriterman) brings un tolled benefit to Step Ahead through his rigorous monitoring and evaluation processes and his input into the well being of our staff. At Step Ahead we are confident in the effectiveness of our work largely because of his contributions.

Aae is one of our quiet achievers. Her skills, reliability and good financial management release us all to focus on our areas of responsibility. As well as being a wonderful person, she is one of the back bones of the team!

Kanyannut (Gif) works from our southern office in Phang Nga. She is maturing quickly in her KFT (Keeping Families Together) role and has become a real strength and blessing to many families that we serve.

Anne has been working with us for a year now and is pioneering a new role as co-ordinator for ACT (Alternative Care Thailand). She is a sweet and gently person who is making a great impact.

Napat (Ra) Focusses on caring for refugee families. Step Ahead has seen well over 50 families bailed out of Bangkok's notorious International Detention centre. Ra and her small team care for these families (and others) until they are able to relocate to a third country.

Pusa (Gob) Is a high level influencer and effective trainer. She is well connected to a number of national government bodies and serves them well while advocating for best practice care for vulnerable children and their families.

Tim is new to our team and brings a breath of fresh air, joy and excitement to all we do. He will be focusing on mentoring and mobilising community groups in areas of family strengthening.

Bronwyn is new to our team. Along with her husband Tim, she has 15 years of experience working in Thailand and will help us to focus on ways to innovate and improve our already strong national impact.
