AI writing has so many tells. Once you see it, it's fairly easy to identify (and exhausting to see everywhere). If you don't know how to spot it, please read: litmagnews.substack.com/p/q-what-is-ai…

I use various writing styles for my books. In my novella, Rapture, I used fragmented sentences to mirror the MC's mind. In Pig Farm and Primal Silence I used longer descriptions for world building while keeping the fast-paced thriller elements. How about you? #writingcommunity

I know this guy on FB who uses a bot service. He has 40k+ fake followers that give him 100s of comments and likes on every post. But he's also a cheapskate so ALL the comments are the same: "wow" or "looks great". Lol His philosophy: build it and they will come. Does this work?

Why are endings so damn hard to write? It's been plotted out from the beginning but still... I'm starting to think it's a psychological problem that has little to do with writing. My subconscious doesn't want it to end. I think I'm addicted to the first draft process lol.

In Japanese folklore, the nine-tailed shapeshifter fox, Kitsune, can take on human form once it reaches the age of one hundred. The fox spirit can be male or female and can replicate humans exactly, often assuming the shape of a young woman. 🎨Sarah Graybill #Folklore
