Finally out on ACS Synthetic Bio the longest project from my PhD. We screened ~12,000 signal peptides in order to train a ML model to predict their strength. Lastly, we opened the model up to understand the real world parameters used by the ML. #synbio #bacillus pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
