Shanklin Theatre says good bye to Bobby Ball. Best known as one half of the double act-Cannon & Ball. In August 2018, Bobby & Tommy delighted the audience at Shanklin with their performance of ‘The Dressing Room’. A hilarious comedy play. God bless you Bobby Ball. #RockOnTommy

The Theatre Trust is making significant progress on the former Shanklin Library to refurbish and convert into the community interest Shanklin Performing Arts Centre. We will keep you up to date as we progress along our journey.

The old carpet has now been removed at the Shanklin Performing Arts Centre. Stage 2 of the project will see a new sprung practice flooring being installed. Dancing on a dance specific sprung floor is essential to protect the growing bodies of young dancers from lifelong injuries.
