What a FUN DAY it was...Look at our youngest athletes! Parents helped to hand out refreshments and made the children even more excited with a huge parachute game at the end! Nursery did their Mortar Boards and scrolls as they 'Graduated' from Nursery as the Class of 2023!

Our pupils were talking with Fr Pius St Bede’s Catholic Church about good and poor choices. Now they know that temptation is the desire to do something–probably appealing– which we know we shouldn't. Let's all be followers of Jesus and say NO to temptation!

A LFB officer told our Y2 pupils about fire and how it can hurt people. They learned about common fire hazards, and to never play with matches and lighters. They also talked about smoke alarms, what to do in an emergency if there is a fire, and how to call 999. #pshe #firesafety

A very busy day that started with Walker's breakfast promoting eco friendly ways to come to school. We also celebrated #RedWednesday to spread awareness and think of all the Christians who have been persecuted because of their faith.

Advent is about returning our gaze to the Light of Christ. It's about allowing that Light to fill us and change us. We hope that our elves listen carefully to the teachings of Jesus and always make right choices. More stories to follow on the EYFS Google Classroom so stay tuned!
