Dream Chaser’s first flight will be a free-flyer, demonstration mission, which is expected to prove the technology and deliver critical data to NASA. We believe this approach will provide us with the flexibility to address the nation’s most pressing national security space

#OnThisDay 12 years ago, #DreamChaser went through its first drop test (free flight). Although not perfect, it gave the team precious information that helped them further develop the spacecraft 💪

#OTD 7 years ago, #DreamChaser conducted its 2nd (and last) drop test. After being dropped from 3700m, it ended up landing succesfully, providing again precious informations to the technical team and stunning pictures for us 😍

#OnThisDay 6 years ago, the Boeing #Starliner launched into the sky for the first time ever ! Even though the result wasn't the one we all hoped for, OFT-1 still marked the start of a difficult but beautiful journey.
