Assertiveness is a way of communicating and it is key to personal development. At Starfish YEI, we offer a full assertiveness training session, which goes into more detail about what assertiveness can mean to YOU and how YOU can be more assertive in your daily life.

It is commonly believed interview skills are learned by experience, however, at Starfish YEI we offer in-depth interview training and mock interviews to help expand your knowledge on interviews and the impact they have on your employability factor.
