How much unpaid labour does a resident do. A resident salary- give or take is around 1 Lakh/month. Residents are supposed to work 50hr/week. So, 200 hr/month = 1 Lakh. So, basically 500₹/hour. How much a Resident works? On an average 80-90 hours - so approximately 40 hours
