.U.S. Mission to the UN circulated its own draft resolution on #Ukraine that didn't mention accountability, the invasion, etc. #Russia proposed an amendment that was rejected. European states proposed 3 amendments that were adopted. Amended text passed but US abstained in vote on its own text.
