AT&T Cares when I asked why it wasn't bundled yet, she said "Maybe it's three months."
AT&T Cares I asked if she, being the fourth person I called about removing the installation fee, could actually waive it like promised 3 time
AT&T Cares She said she send it to the "back office" to be fixed. She couldn't tell me when it would be bundled and told me, like 6 times
AT&T Cares before that it would magically fix itself in 1-2 billing cycles. I reminded her that I ha already been more. #ATTSucks
AT&T Cares I called again and was told by a rep that he was personally assigned to my account and he'd get it fixed. Two weeks later I got
AT&T Cares another termination letter. I eas told three times to disregard hostile letters from them despite mounting late fees and shutoff
AT&T Cares notices. I called again, and got India again, and they said they had no record if my previous calls and as always, had to start
AT&T Cares all over again. To date, after more than two months and a total of 24 calls, my bundled account is still not bundled.
AT&T Cares att keeps telling me it'll be fixed and telling me "John" is handling account, yet there is no way to get to him and never a note
AT&T Cares on my account about any of these problems.
AT&T Cares 24 calls later, my bundle was never setup right, I have me the lower package for the same price, then instead do them putting me
AT&T Cares on the right package, they gave me a credit for less than the difference if their mess-up
AT&T Cares Of you call and get India and need anything fixed that's not on their script, just give up and save yourself the heart attack
AT&T Cares #ATTSucks, there customer support is the worst ever. 24 calls to them and my account is just as messed up as day one.
