A1: I feel boosted when I feel heard and am given time adn space to share my ideas and reflections about what's happening within our school. #loveSCschools @SCASCD

A2: A barrier I have faced are when teachers are negative about efforts to build morale because it is not what they personally want. Remaining positive and celebrating how others are feeling boosted is one way I work to overcome this negative barrier. #loveSCschools @SCASCD

A3: I personally would like to grow in primary instructional strategies which is outside my comfort zone. Partnering with another colleague in this area would encourage me to take risks in learning something new. #loveSCschools @SCASCD

A4: We find protective time by funding 1/2 day planning days with substitutes for grade level teachers to collaborate, reflect, & plan together. Teachers have shared they feel valued & excited to have this time to work together. #loveSCschools @SCASCD

A5: For fun, our school placed puzzle heart pieces on teacher's doors and had teachers find the matching half of their heart with a collegue. The teachers and students all got involved and enjoyed connecting with teachers across the school. #loveSCschools @SCASCD
