Played a little Road Rash (should try to complete it someday) a long time ago & surprised i never noticed any spiritual successors until this weeks Epic free game (Road Redemption).

Finally can use my gamecube again thanks to flippydrive & a relatives wii i borrowed to backup my library.

I know nothing about the world economy but even if the market is really bad right now why the hell is every console maker unable to produce hardware from 2017 - 2020 in mass more efficiently & cheaply like they did every other generation to at least counteract that.

Speaking of this game it pissed me off. Started playing when i heard about the Nier collab, put it aside cause i got sick & then wanted to finish what i started inbetween only to login yesterday & see i basically missed the whole Nier event. Fuck live service bullshit like that.

Lets not let this undermine the fun patent news Nintendo also had today. Sad to see games held back by ridiculous patents (how the hell are they getting approved?) & hoping Nintendos legal efforts find out in court soon.

Credit where credit is due, was pretty clever having this gladiator/colosseum themed banner right before Fortunes Weaves reveal.

This series got me into a gatcha & a popstar tradition rpg, 2 concepts that i normally would not have touched. Times have changed as this just does not look appealing at all & even Fortunes Weave leaves me feeling indifferent. Nintendos recent greed doesnt help either.

This guy saved one of my favorite publishers (Tecmo) with a top tier series in one of my favorite genres (DoA / 3D Fighter). Ashame DoA isnt in better shape & his redemption project after Devils Third wont be seen. At least he got to see his take on Ninja Gaiden revived. RIP

PSA if you were interested in adding some divinity games to your backlog during the current steam sale like me for some reason the bundle with everything is about 2X as expensive as individually. Also is cheaper to get Original Sin 1 & 2 Bundle than 2 by itself.
