Blobs & lines- a community building favorite. Students "blob" to find commonalities (ex. favorite cookie) & form a line in sequential order (ex. how many people live in your house). I explain orally in TL and students in lower levels read the instructions in English on the board.

Review activity idea from Cassie Krawczyk Shulman. Set my Spanish 2 kiddos up for success by adding possible category titles on the board to use as word bank. So many have said they "don't remember anything" but then are surprised with what they can recall! #smallvictory

I am surveying each class to see if their preference would be to 1) primarily use their Chromebook or 2) primarily use paper/pencil for their class activities. Are you surprised by this result?
