Life so private no one knows i'm at my lowest again, struggling so bad with my mental health

it sucks because for a minute i was happy, for a minute i was getting better, for a minute i had hope, but in a minute i lost it all again.

I cannot afford to slack. I only got me.

deciding not to be the “fixer” in everybody’s life made me lose hella people but got myself back so that’s beautiful

my therapist just told me, “if you’re always having to be the bigger person, maybe you shouldn’t be around so many little people.” wow.
